Reach your goals through a personalized and measurable therapeutic journey.

With over 30 years of professional experience, I work at the intersection of clinical psychology, neuropsychology, and relational therapy. My path here was intentionally multifaceted: earning my Master’s degree in 1992, becoming licensed in 1994, and serving clients as a Licensed Psychological Examiner and Licensed Professional Counselor. My career expanded to include years as a policy advocate on Capitol Hill and for a major corporation, followed by over a decade as an educator leading cooperative academic programs. In 2020, I made a dedicated return to full-time practice while completing my doctorate in Clinical Psychology and postdoctoral training in neuropsychology. Combining a modern understanding of how the brain responds to stress with a practical, compassionate approach, I help clients build a clear path forward with steps that are measurable and effective.
Track 1: Relational & Individual Therapy For adult individuals and couples, therapy focuses on navigating stress, intrusive thoughts, anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, burnout, identity shifts, life transitions, and relationship conflict. Together, we build meaningful improvements in connection, communication, and intimacy while collaboratively setting actionable steps so you can clearly measure your progress.
Track 2: Comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluations I provide a full range of evaluations for school-aged children through mature adults—spanning ADHD, autism, memory, learning differences, and complex psychological diagnoses. These evaluations deliver clear answers, identify core strengths, and provide actionable recommendations to guide targeted treatment.

My approach ensures you have a clear roadmap and measurable steps to accomplishing your counseling goals. I actively empower you to identify values and goals and create actionable steps to attain them. We regularly review these goals to ensure a steady, measurable progress. I am dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space you can explore your purpose, meaning, and relationships, and work towards your desired outcomes.
I provide individual, couples, and family therapy within a compassionate, emotionally supportive environment. In couples counseling and family therapy, my focus is on fostering deeper connection and communication, minimizing conflict, and facilitating resolution and healing of relational wounds. I also offer co-parenting counseling for couples seeking collaborative solutions to parenting dilemmas and navigating communication challenges following separation or post-divorce. When working with individuals, my specialties encompass trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, bipolar, and ADHD. Combining a modern understanding of how the brain responds to stress with a practical, compassionate approach,I am passionate about partnering with you to set actionable steps, enrich your life journey, and discover deeper significance in your circumstances.
